Thermal pollution affects aquatic ecosystems in a variety of ways. In general, the species composition changes as species tolerant of warmer waters replace those unable to adapt. This transition is often accompanied by an overall decrease in species richness. For example, attached algae in heated effluents were reported to show an increase in biomass but a decrease in the number of species represented.
In respect of land pollution, it is disposal of solid and toxic municipal and industrial wastes. The per capita solid waste generation average in India is to the order of 865 to 955 gms. per day. This waste counts for affliction of respiratory diseases.
Water has many remarkable properties. It is sometimes referred to as 8766 the universal solvent 8767 , readily dissolving a wide range of chemical substances. It also acts as a fluid medium facilitating the dispersal of un-dissolved particulate matter.
The essential contribution of Moladi's technology to frugal innovation lies in how the solution has addressed the six key challenges faced by developing countries when it comes to housing:
The above and other previous studies provide empirical evidence and a yardstick upon which future studies can be benchmarked. First, primary data was used second the sample was reasonable and third firms represented different industries.

Fluoride and Arsenic pollutants are important amongst the inorganic pollutants. Vast areas of Haryana, Rajasthan and Punjab are highly contaminated with fluoride compounds in potable water. There the amount of fluoride present in water is very high above the danger level. Flow of waste products from glass industry, hydrocarbon producing industry etc. carrying high amounts of fluoride compounds, polluted water bodies there. In Rajasthan thousands and thousands of people became disabled due to fluorosis or fluoride pollution. Fluorine is responsible for the decay and damage of calcium of Teeth and bones. This disease is termed as 8775 Fluorosis 8776 .
But man, as the most intelligent animal , never stopped being inquisitive, nor was he content with the bounties of nature. His quest for knowledge and search for security succeeded in exploring newer and wider avenues of mysteries that remained baffling so long. Man’s excursions into the darkest regions of mysteries laid foundations for the stupendous civilization, for the conquests of men had ensured their domination in their world and gave them a key to control all the forces in nature.
The major problems of the environment are recognized as global climatic change, ozone depletion, water and air pollutions, deforestation and resources degradation.
Since is king and I 8767 ve uploaded lecture recordings of both previous surveys so whatever causalities occurred in GSM7, they 8767 re avenged here.
The worst industrial environment tragedy occurred at Bhopal on December 8, 6989 as a result of toxic and poisonous leakage of methyl isocyanate (MIC) gas from a multi-national Union Carbide pesticides manufacturing plant. Over 7555 people including woman and children were killed, and hundreds were severely hurt.
Beside this, efforts are to be intensified further to control pollution in 77 industries in various towns and cities that are critically polluted. The industries are to comply with such emission and effluent standards as may be notified in a time-bound manner.

We can very well notice the abnormal behaviour of the seasons – the cycle developing clogs in its wheels and the worried experts fear that the disturbed balance in the biosphere has assumed such serious proportion that very soon our world would be uninhabitable like Hiroshima of 6995. But it is heartening to find the entire world aware of the menace. Some of the advanced countries have already taken some measures to meet it. If we fail to restore the ecological balance right now, it would be too late tomorrow.
Both acid rain and acid mine drainage contribute significantly to the acidification of natural waters. These two phenomena are dealt with in detail in this section. However, there are other causes of this particular type of water pollution. For example, the planting of extensive tracts of coniferous forests, usually in upland areas, results in the acidification of the soil and the waters which drain these plantations.
